Planning for a Return 2 Work

The company establishes as Health & Safety group to supervise the return of their employees. A scaled plan is created starting with 20% of the workforce returning to the facility and then another 10% each week over an 8-week period. This plan, along with a list of all employees are put into the R2W system.

In conjunction with the company’s medical advisor and legal team, an employee health survey is created, along with criteria for declaring staff safe to resume work on-site. This added to the R2W system.
